Position: Assistant Lecture (Part Time):

Position: Project Supervisor/ Manager
Project name: Community Forests Management of the Rungwa Corridor in Sikonge and Mlele Districts
Duties:
– Oversee all project planning and implementation
– Oversee all Human Resources
– Oversee all monthly activities reports
– Prepare and submit consolidated monthly, quarterly and annual reports that cover all the activities carried out to ADAP Geneva
– Ensure that financial ADAP’s procedures are duly implemented and respected by the staff on project’s payroll
– Communicate regularly with Geneva and inform of any changes in the planned activities, or any problems that are a threat to the project
– Represent ADAP and the project at official meetings and events, and is ADAP’s Rungwa corridor project spokesperson at the national level
– Ensure that the list of project assets and partners’ assets is regularly updated and that assets are properly maintained
– Develop relationships and collaboration with the natural resources stakeholders of the region (public and private) and report regularly to Districts, regional and national authorities
– Carry out other relevant tasks on request and agreement with ADAP Geneva
– Coordinate formation of beekeepers cooperatives and training
– Supervise all research and baseline survey studies in the project area
– Coordinate internal project monitoring and evaluation activities
